Barefoot's Enrique program is an empowerment program that invests in women to help them achieve their full potential so they can fulfill their aspirations and transform their communities. The Enrique curriculum gives rural women the opportunity to gain confidence, practical knowledge and skills relevant to their lives and priorities. The program focuses on 8 axes of work: Digital skills, Sustainable living, Financial literacy, Gender, rights and responsibilities, Health and well-being, Agency and self-knowledge, Skills for entrepreneurship and Skills for micro-businesses.
